Dr Ng completed his undergraduate medical degree at the University of Singapore and undertook further specialist training at the Royal London Hospital’s Rheumatic Unit. He later spent time in Canada researching clinical rheumatology at the University of Alberta’s Edmonton Hospital before returning to Australia to work within the Immunology Unit at Royal Perth Hospital. He commenced private practice in Perth in 1981.

Dr Ng consults privately with Access Doctors in Nedlands, where he is committed to providing personalised, evidence-based care for patients with complex rheumatological conditions. His long-standing commitment to rheumatology reflects a holistic approach to patient care, centred on clear communication and working in partnership with patients to manage chronic conditions.

Outside of clinical practice, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his five grandchildren.
