Endocrinologist
Dr Seng Gan is an Endocrinologist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of endocrine and metabolic conditions, with a particular clinical and research interest in diabetes.

Dr Gan is a medical graduate of the University of Western Australia and completed his initial physician training primarily at Royal Perth Hospital.
He undertook four years of research at the Garvan Institute at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney, where he completed his PhD with a focus on diabetes. He returned to Perth in 2002 to practise as an Endocrinologist at Royal Perth Hospital, where he also contributes to general medicine services.
Since 2005, Dr Gan has held a Clinical Academic appointment with the University of Western Australia. He currently works part-time as an Endocrinologist at Royal Perth Hospital, where he is the Head of the Department of Endocrinology and Diabetes.
Alongside his clinical work, Dr Gan is a Senior Lecturer in Medicine at the University of Western Australia and is actively involved in collaborative clinical research and medical education. He currently serves as the Final Year Coordinator for the UWA MD Programme.
Dr Gan consults privately with Access Doctors in Nedlands, where he is committed to providing personalised, evidence-based care for patients with complex endocrine conditions.
